About Our Client

A well-established international company is seeking an experience Accounting Manager to lead a small team and oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a small team.
  • Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business performance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and internal corporate policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support business decisions and finance initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification.
  • At least 10 years of accounting experience with proven managerial and team leadership exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Prior experience working in a multinational or international company environment is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of HKFRS, audit coordination, and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with language fluency in English and Chinese.
