    We are seeking an experienced leader to head a well-structured team, with a primary focus on Hong Kong-listed company matters. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and independently oversees the full spectrum of company secretarial responsibilities, including the preparation of annual and interim reports, filing of monthly returns, organisation of Board and Committee meetings, and drafting of corporate announcements.
