Job Description

  • Lead strategic operations projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring clear scope, priorities and milestones.
  • Develop project plans that support efficient banking operations and agreed business objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities across relevant operational teams to maintain progress and clear ownership.
  • Track project actions, timelines and deliverable, providing accurate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and turn findings into practical implementation plans.
  • Prepare clear project documentation, reports and presentations to support informed decisions.
  • Manage project dependencies and address delivery issues in a timely and structured way.
  • Review project outcomes and recommend follow-up actions that support ongoing operational improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong capability in strategic project planning and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Experience coordinating operational projects with multiple stakeholders and work-streams.
  • Ability to build practical project plans, track milestones and manage competing priorities.
  • Clear reporting and presentation skills for communicating project progress and outcomes.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and supporting their implementation.
  • Sound judgement when reviewing project risks, dependencies and delivery issues.
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
