The organization continues to invest heavily in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovative banking solutions.Job DescriptionPrepare, maintain, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases for system enhancements, new feature releases, and platform changes across lending and digital banking solutions.Support the development of UAT strategies, test plans, test schedules, and testing documentation for digital product and platform releases.Conduct functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple customer-facing channels, including web, mobile, and other digital service platforms.Participate in testing reviews, document test outcomes, track defects, and collaborate closely with technology teams and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors to align on testing scope, issue prioritization, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.Execute testing activities for product enhancements, process improvements, and system upgrades within lending and digital service environments.Assist in release validation and post-deployment verification activities to ensure successful implementation of production releases, including occasional support outside standard business hours when required.Support testing activities related to production incidents, system fixes, and emergency change deployments in both test and production environments.Provide regular project status updates, testing progress reports, and formal UAT sign-off documentation upon completion of testing cycles.Maintain comprehensive testing records, including test evidence, screenshots, execution logs, and approval documentation in accordance with governance requirements.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT, system testing, quality assurance, or test coordination roles, preferably within financial services or banking environments.Experience working with commercial banking products, lending solutions, digital channels, or online banking platforms would be advantageous.Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.Strong adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and external vendor teams.Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, defect tracking, and release processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); ability to work with both Traditional and Simplified Chinese content.Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and provide support during critical release windows when necessary.Demonstrated team-player mindset with a collaborative and inclusive working approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate ambiguous situations, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions based on available data.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package with great benefits.Opportunity to work on a renewable contract.Be part of a key technology team in the financial services industry.If you're ready to take on this exciting role in banking industry, we encourage you to apply.ContactLewis LiuQuote job refJN-102026-7122153Phone number+85225306126Job summaryFunctionITSpecialisationIT Systems & TestingWhat is your area of specialisation?Financial ServicesLocationKowloonJob Type:TemporaryConsultant nameLewis LiuConsultant phone+85225306126Job ReferenceJN-102026-7122153
