Job Description

As a Technical Services Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of the property to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Managing contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with local building and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring energy usage and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
  • Providing technical support for ongoing property renovations and upgrades.
  • Handling emergency situations and ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborating with the property team to deliver seamless technical services in alignment with the retail environment's needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ yrs of experience in property management or technical services, ideally within commercial & retail properties.
  • Proven expertise in managing E&M systems, maintenance operations, and technical projects.
  • Knowledge of local building and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
