Job Description

  • Design and govern end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions.
  • Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across enterprise platforms.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on solution design, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
  • Drive modernization initiatives leveraging microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven design, and cloud technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure architectural alignment and successful execution.
  • Address technical challenges, architectural risks, and legacy system complexities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor development teams and promote architecture excellence across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Solid experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise systems with high transaction volumes and complex integrations.
  • Strong understanding of modern architecture principles including:
    • Microservices
    • Event-driven architecture
    • API management
    • Domain-driven design
    • Cloud and hybrid-cloud environments
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications, aviation, gaming, or other large-scale enterprise sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage senior leadership and influence technology direction.
  • TOGAF, SAFe, or equivalent certifications will be an advantage.
