Job Responsibilities

This role involves designing a digital product for freight process workflows. We need someone with a coding background who has hands‑on experience in freight operations such as air OR ocean export and import, so they can evaluate and shape the product from a strong technical perspective.

  • Design overall Product/ Platform vision and development roadmap for the company's digital logistics platform;
  • Collect input from users and stakeholders, assess their needs, and prioritise requirements accordingly;
  • Convert business needs into clear product specifications, such as "User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Workflow details; Work with Designers, Engineers, and other teams to deliver features that genuinely support logistics operations;
  • Review BA deliverables to ensure they are complete and aligned with logistics workflows. Coordinate with IT and vendors, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery;
  • UAT and performance review, product version updates.



The Successful Applicant



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field;
  • AT LEAST 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, System Analyst, or Senior System Analyst within logistics or freight forwarding;
  • Solid hands‑on experience in freight processes such as air/ocean export & import, documentation, milestones, and operational workflows (MUST);
  • Strong ability to translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications and work closely with developers and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise) (MUST).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
