About Our Client

Our client is a multinational consumer brand with operations across major global markets. They are expanding their technology and transformation capabilities and are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support programme governance, financial reporting, and stakeholder management within a regional IT function.

Job Description

  • Support the PMO function for regional IT programmes and transformation initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Prepare and maintain programme status reports, governance dashboards, project schedules, and management presentations.
  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and actual expenditures, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Consolidate updates from project managers and workstream leads to provide timely progress reporting to management.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and project review sessions, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting standards, and governance processes are consistently maintained.
  • Support procurement administration, vendor coordination, invoicing, and budget tracking activities.
  • Perform analysis on project financials, programme KPIs, and delivery performance using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Liaise with regional stakeholders, project teams, and business users to support successful programme delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • 4-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project governance, programme reporting, or project administration within an IT environment.
  • Strong exposure to financial reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and project cost management.
  • Solid understanding of project governance and PMO processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
    • Complex formulas
    • Data analysis
    • Reporting and dashboards
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and capable of preparing management-level presentations and reports.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country IT projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
