Job Description

  • Design, develop and enhance business applications using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems, driving automation and intelligent user experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable web applications, APIs and system integrations.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, RAG frameworks and workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose practical technology solutions.
  • Drive projects from proof-of-concept through to production deployment.
  • Participate in system architecture, solution design and technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable and maintainable.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to development best practices where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong full-stack development background with practical experience in React and/or Angular.
  • Solid programming experience with Python and Node.js.
  • Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS or similar environments.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI technologies, including LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture and AI Agents.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LangGraph, Dify, Qwen, DeepSeek or similar AI ecosystems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
