Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks effectively.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems and processes.
  • Supervising and mentoring the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • HKICPA is a must
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
