Job Description

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support customer relationship management goals.
  • Turn big, complex data into smart insights using advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI/ML to tackle risk areas like Fraud, Collections, and Underwriting.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the CRM system to ensure its effective usage across teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Monitoring and improving data quality and accuracy within the CRM platform.
  • Providing training and support to team members on CRM tools and analytics best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and CRM systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Data Analyst in 3 years experience; Senior Data Analyst for 5+ years in banking analytics, modeling, and AI/ML.
  • Strong experience in data mining and insight generation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL/BigQuery, Tableau/QlikSense, and GCP; risk domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex ideas for varied audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ownership and service orientation to deliver impactful solutions.
