Job Description

  • Support strategic and operational projects across multiple business functions
  • Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets through data-driven analysis
  • Prepare management dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership reviews and town hall meetings
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to identify business needs and operational improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with technology teams on business applications, system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support planning and decision-making
  • Assist in process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Management, or related disciplines
  • Around 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Consulting, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data reporting and dashboard preparation
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI would be highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer level
