Job Description



  • Strategic Operations Oversight
    Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across HR, finance, compliance, and administrative functions.


  • Finance & Operation, Compliance
    Lead a team of 5 and responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operation, compliance


  • Financial Oversight
    Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for both the firm and client entities.


  • Compliance & Risk Management
    Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS) and internal policies across jurisdictions.


  • Vendor & Service Provider Management
    Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, custodians, legal advisors, and technology providers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in buy side / family office
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related fiel
