About Our Client

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integrations Project Manager to design and deliver complex integration solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in integration architecture, middleware solutions, and ability to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors to other HR and corporate platforms.

The ideal candidate, and will have a demonstrated track record of leading HRIS and payroll, GL Integrations and Corporate system integrations.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Cross-functional expert across the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite;
  • Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation projects, providing technical consulting and hands‑on project management within HR system transformations;
  • Direct and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones and project outcomes;
  • Oversee complex, multi‑system HR workflow transformations for strategic clients, covering the full project lifecycle from planning and design through build, configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Manage programs involving SAP SuccessFactors and/ or Workforce Software solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with Software Engineering teams to ensure effective control of project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate requirements into clear technical specifications;
  • Leverage SAP SuccessFactors tools to streamline project delivery and optimize project management processes.



The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors project mplementation and solution architecture;
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation;
  • Experience with SAP HCM and other HR technologies is advantageous;
  • Strong understanding of integration techniques, data migration, and system configurations;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly desirable.
