As part of their ongoing digital transformation and system integration initiatives, they are expanding their middleware and messaging capabilities to enhance application connectivity, scalability, and operational resilience.

Job Description

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise messaging and integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain messaging flows to facilitate communication between business applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with application teams, solution architects, project stakeholders, and business users to deliver integration solutions.
  • Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable middleware designs.
  • Manage and maintain messaging infrastructure to ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and troubleshooting activities for middleware platforms.
  • Establish and promote best practices, standards, and security controls for integration technologies.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
  • Provide production support and participate in incident resolution for critical systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in middleware, system integration, or messaging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise messaging concepts, including:
    • Publish/Subscribe
    • Point-to-Point Messaging
    • Message Queues
    • Messaging Infrastructure
  • Practical experience administering enterprise messaging platforms such as IBM MQ or similar technologies.
  • Experience in middleware installation, configuration, migration, and platform support.
  • Knowledge of SOA, integration architecture, and enterprise application connectivity.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
