This role provides the opportunity to work on business-critical systems with significant industry exposure and visibility.

Job Description

  • Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational processes, and system enhancement needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Drive workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions with business users and technology teams.
  • Work closely with development teams, architects, infrastructure, security, and external vendors to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, change management, issue resolution, release management, and status reporting.
  • Define and coordinate UAT, SIT, performance testing, and production readiness activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions comply with regulatory, governance, risk, security, and operational standards.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across business, compliance, legal, operations, and technology functions.
  • Provide production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives for critical business applications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking, capital markets, securities, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise application projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of IPO processes, securities markets, regulatory reporting, corporate governance, listing compliance, issuer management, or related capital market operations.
  • Experience working on systems supporting regulatory, compliance, risk, or business-critical workflows.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, governance frameworks, and operational controls within the banking or capital markets industry.
  • Previous experience working with both in-house technology teams and third-party vendors.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory
