Job Description

As an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support fundraising activities for venture capital funds, including preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and due diligence requests.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with LPs, including government guidance funds, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and family offices.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential fundraising opportunities and investor targets.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-up communications throughout the fundraising process.
  • Work closely with investment and finance teams to support fund reporting and investor relations activities.
  • Maintain CRM databases and fundraising pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of investor engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations Analyst/Associate should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Big Four advisory, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior exposure to fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or government-related clients is a plus.
