About Our Client

We are seeking a commercially minded and technology-savvy Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing AI and technology platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about emerging technologies and keen to play a key role in supporting innovative AI-driven businesses.

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial, operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data usage, intellectual property, cybersecurity and digital products.
  • Partner with product, engineering, security and compliance teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Capture client feedback and market insights to improve customer engagement and business strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Background from a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team
  • Exposure to technology, AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, or related practice areas is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications within the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
