Our client is a well-established wine trading company with a decades of history. Backed by long-term investors, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, creating an opportunity for an experienced operations leader to drive efficiency, collaboration and scalability across the organisation.

Job Description

  • Lead daily operations across logistics, warehousing, inventory and supply chain functions.
  • Improve collaboration between Sales, Logistics and other business functions.
  • Drive inventory planning, stock allocation and demand forecasting.
  • Oversee import/export operations and trade compliance in Europe, Hong Kong and China.
  • Lead ERP and operational system enhancement projects.
  • Develop operational KPIs and improve processes, efficiency and service levels.
  • Manage and develop operational and logistics teams across the region.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics management.
  • Experience in wine, spirits, beverage or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics and international trade compliance and operations.
  • Proven experience leading system implementation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
