Job Description

As a Head of Finance position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Managing financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Overseeing cash flow management and optimising financial performance.
  • Supervising and mentoring the finance team to enhance productivity and skills.
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance position should have:

  • Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced financial analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, clients, and international stakeholders.
  • International and expatriate candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience working in multicultural or global business environments is an advantage.
