Job Description

As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and regional consolidation.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/HKFRS/US GAAP.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and group reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams on closing, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive reporting process improvements.
  • Support statutory audits and ensure compliance across regional entities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 12+ years of accounting and finance experience within multinational companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience in regional financial reporting and group consolidation.
  • Solid knowledge of statutory reporting.
  • Experience with ERP/consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
