Job Description



Budgeting & Financial Planning Coordination
Support budgets, forecasts, and capital planning. Track spend vs budget, monitor utilization, and assist in financial planning processes.

Financial Reporting & General Ledger Oversight
Maintain the GL and chart of accounts. Coordinate reporting and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Payables, Receivables & Cash Monitoring
Oversee invoicing, receivables, and cash activities. Ensure timely settlements, liquidity visibility, and effective cash flow tracking.

External Auditor Coordination
Lead audit coordination, manage documentation, and support timely completion of audits while assisting in resolving findings.

Fund Administrator & Custodian Liaison
Coordinate with administrators and custodians. Ensure reconciliations and support issue resolution across reporting activities.

Financial Controls & Operational Support
Support financial controls, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to internal policies and consistent financial practices.

Cross-Functional & Group Coordination
Work with finance teams and stakeholders to align on reporting timelines, approvals, and operational requirements.

The Successful Applicant

    • 10+ years' experience in finance operations, accounting, fund finance, or reporting in investment or regulated environments
    • Strong exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, and operational finance processes
    • Experience with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and external service providers
    • Solid knowledge of general ledger, financial controls, and cash management
    • Ability to operate effectively in lean, fast-paced environments and manage outsourced models
    • Understanding of end-to-end finance workflows, governance, and control frameworks
    • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication across multiple functions
    • Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
