Job Description

As an E&M Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the design & installation of electrical and mechanical systems for construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimise project outcomes.
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Implementing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions where applicable.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful E&M Director should have:

  • A degree in E&M Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
  • 15+ yrs experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Chartered Engineer
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong.
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
