This role will offer client facing experience in ERP solution consulting (across different brands) throughout the Asia Pacific region. It also involves upselling, as well as implementing and supporting the full project lifecycle from presales and requirements gathering to a total ERP system/ solution development, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Client facing role responsible for offering, designing, and implementing enterprise ERP solutions, ensuring successful delivery that meets both business and technical requirements;
  • The candidate will work closely with the system integration team to validate solution designs and ensure they are implemented using leading practices to deliver a secure, modern, highly available, and high-performance AI-enabled ERP Cloud solution.
  • Lead solution design workshops and build technical strategies for conversions, integrations, reports, and extensions applying the AI solutions for a large and complex ERP implementation.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE ITEMS

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • AT LEAST 15+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in ERP solution architecture and project leadership, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise ERP solution implementations within Consulting firms or ERP solution providers (MUST); SI background is highly prefered;

  • Strong experience in solution design, technical proposals, cost estimation, architecture documentation, and client presentations, solution consultation (MUST)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (MUST).
  • Hands-on exposure to Microservices, APIs, containers / Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern application architecture;
  • Experience in application/ database modernization, migration, performance tuning, integration, messaging, or data streaming;
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
