Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to support and strengthen their enterprise‑wide quality governance framework. This position will play a key role in maintaining ISO certifications and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Job Description

Quality Management & ISO Compliance

  • Support the development, enhancement, and upkeep of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
  • Coordinate and execute routine internal and external ISO audit activities to ensure ongoing certification readiness.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining quality‑related procedures, guidelines, and documentation.



Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver training and coaching to staff on quality practices, audit preparation, and ISO standards.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring timely resolutions and sustainable improvements.



Reporting & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Track and analyze key quality KPIs, producing regular reports for management review.
  • Partner with various business units to support process standardization initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance‑related activities.
  • Ensure quality and compliance considerations are embedded into day‑to‑day business operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in managing ISO standards or Quality Management Systems, preferably within the IT or technology services sector.
  • Strong understanding of QMS frameworks and ISO certification workflows.
  • ISO Internal / Lead Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001) are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
