About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational in the manufacturing sector, recognised for its global scale and strong industry presence.

Job Description

  • Manage regional end‑to‑end accounts payable, including invoice processing, three‑way matching, vendor maintenance, and timely execution of payment transactions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable operations, monitor customer balances, analyze aging reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Perform cash management activities including bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and manual bank transaction postings.
  • Maintain fixed assets records, process monthly depreciation, reconcile balances, and prepare fixed asset registers and movement reports.



The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant accounting experience gained in the commercial sector.
  • Experience in Oracle and MS Office Excel is an advantage.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
