Job Description

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions and intelligent applications.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI products from proof-of-concept through to production deployment.
  • Build and integrate scalable AI services with internal platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Infrastructure functions.
  • Establish engineering best practices covering testing, evaluation, governance, monitoring, and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability for enterprise adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to AI Engineers within the team.
  • Oversee project planning, delivery milestones, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or related technical disciplines.
  • Proven experience delivering Generative AI solutions, RAG-based applications, AI agents, or intelligent workflow solutions in production environments.
  • Strong hands-on software engineering background with proficiency in Python and modern development practices.
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring, or leading technical teams.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
