We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team.

Job Description

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
  • Support ad hoc accounting tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Responsible, detail-minded, and organized
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
