We are partnering with a well-established multinational corporation to identify a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to support the finance team. This role will focus on Accounts Payable operations and assist in month-end closing activities, offering excellent exposure within a dynamic and professional MNC environment.

About Our Client

A reputable multinational corporation is seeking an Accounting Officer to join its finance team.

Job Description

  • Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) duties, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Ensure invoices and expenses are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and process bank payments.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related matters.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining proper accounting documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc finance projects as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to Accounts Payable.
  • Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-minded, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin).
