The hiring company is a well-established organization within the FMCG/food industry. As a large organization, they are committed to delivering excellence in their services and maintaining high standards in financial operations.

Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including AP/AR processing, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant external parties.
  • Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Detail‑minded, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Procifiency in Cantonese, English and Mandrain.
