About Our Client

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior/ Sales Associate to be the face of the luxury/ contemporary fashion brand. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, create memorable client experiences, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets, ensuring the brand's values are represented at the highest level. This role will be based in Repulse Bay.

Job Description

  • Provide personalized customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Showcase deep knowledge of our fragrance collections and the stories behind them.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic selling techniques.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment.
  • Manage inventory with precision and follow operational procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to serve as a brand ambassador.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in luxury contemporary fashion retail.
  • Passion for the world of perfumes and luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, English.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • A polished, professional demeanor and an eye for detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
