This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an AI‑assisted developer platform, working closely with engineering and cloud teams to scale ideas from pilot to production. Job Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for an AI‑assisted development platform
  • Partner closely with engineering and cloud teams (AWS) to design, build, and refine developer tools
  • Lead proof‑of‑concepts and experiments, guiding successful ideas from pilot to production
  • Drive initiatives related to Digital Twin and operational analytics platforms
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics
  • Help streamline UI/UX and developer experience, including IDE‑based workflows
  • Manage external vendors and technology partners where required
  • Track adoption, usage, and value delivered - continuously improving the platform

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology‑led environment
  • Proven experience delivering platforms from concept to PoC to production
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud‑based architectures
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated or enterprise environment
  • Strong communication skills - able to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Background or exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or automation
  • Familiarity with developer workflows (Git, CI/CD, modern DevOps practices)
  • Experience supporting innovation, research, or emerging technology initiatives
  • Interest in AI‑driven development and future‑of‑work tools
