Plans, directs and manages sales and marketing activities for products and services targeting the China BioPharm market to achieve strategic growth objectives for orders, sales, and operating income.
Develops and implements group sales strategies to penetrate and grow the BioPharm business at key end customers, original equipment manufacturers, design institutes, distributors, and representatives.
Identifies and implements marketing initiatives to establish brand recognition and promote company products and services.
Provides input to operations leadership to determine best internal structure to support customer base and meet market/customer needs.
Works with manufacturing site(s) to drive product pricing and costs to achieve growth targets and maximize profits and other key business metrics for the program.
