About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company in life sciences operating across continents.
Job Description
- Support HRD to effectively communicate and coordinate workforce planning and staffing plans in close collaboration with Global and local HRBP from the respective division/BU that owns the investment.
- Work closely with RPO partner to drive recruitment performance and efficiency to ensure on-time hiring of growth project staff
- Monitor the hiring for Strategic Growth Projects executed by the RPO partner and intervene when corrective measures are necessary
- Support HRD to leverage talent acquisition resources to ensure strong and robust pipe-line of both internal and external talent exists to fill existing and evolving team staffing needs
- Work with internal champions and capable vendors to build content to support social media attraction strategy with focus on WeChat recruitment account
- Support campus recruitment program to engage and attract early talent
- Support site leaders to identify and select right talents ranged from entry to middle level
- Partner with hiring manager to manage job requisition etc. in Workday
- Report Hiring Progress and relevant staffing reporting of the Strategic Growth Project
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed
The Successful Applicant
- Education: bachelor degree and above
- Language: Fluent in English
- Experiences: 5+ years HR experience especially in talent acquisition management, Pharma or healthcare industry background, full function HR generalist will be preferred
- Special Knowledge: Good knowledge of HR operation, labor law and China business environment
- Well-organized team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A quick leaner, willing to take new challenges and embrace changes, Being Resilient
- Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances, and Willing to take additional workload and can work under high pressure
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, has passion to make video and digital events by leveraging kind of media tools, experience in HRIS e.g. Workday is a plus
