Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of M365 workplace projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against established milestones to ensure successful workplace implementation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless transitions for workplace solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and changes related to workplace initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of M365 tools in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management and M365 workplace implementation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on M365 or similar enterprise workplace solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange, in a workplace context.
  • Proven experience in managing technology projects within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee complex project initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
