Job Description

  • Be the lead of Talent Acquisition to drive Asia Pacific wide initiatives in talent acquisition process, improve diversity representation, talent pool development, enhance candidates experience and deploy top recruiting tools and channels to ensure best practices and acquiring best talent from the market, in alignment with business directions, goals and objectives
  • Act as the key POC for end to end hiring process, including sourcing, interview panel design, across multiple markets and region working with internal clients, search firms, and candidates to achieve seamless and efficient talent acquisition experience
  • Be the recruitment subject matter expert to conduct market mapping of competitor institutions, provide market insights, and use market data and intelligence to back hiring decisions
  • Provide advice and consultation regarding recruitment strategies, market trends, hiring challenges and solutions, in partnership with business leaders
  • Partner with APAC functional leads and leadership team on people strategy, priorities and challenges including but not limited to workforce management, organisation design, budget and planning, rewards, employer branding, talent management and development
  • Identifying HR priorities, translate business needs into effective HR practices, and implement people-focused solutions that align with business objectives
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leaders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition from international buyout or PE firms
  • Exposure covering multiple locations and exposure in business partnering is highly advantageous
  • Independent, flexible, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated, resourceful, good team player
  • Strong key stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Native English, both written and spoken; ideally Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
