They have implemented most advanced HR systems, reviewed organization structure, and they are now planning to change practices and cultivate a data-driven and high performing business.They are currently looking for a qualified and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to work with C-suite for back office functions, support the future direction of the business partnering function and drive the Human Resources agenda for the business.Job DescriptionWorking closely with C-Suite level, implement Group HR strategies, change management and key initiatives for dedicated departments, based on a profound understanding of the business situation/needs, functions, staff and the marketplace; thereby enhancing the talent attractiveness and business competitivenessConsult/advise C-suite and management staff in the Hong Kong office on all relevant questions concerning both HR and organisational development matters, both regularly along the employee life cycle as well as ad-hoc to problem-solve specific staff/team issues, cultivating a highly productive and motivating working environmentInfluence and educate line managers on the performance management approach, communication and tools in the context of the year-end process and beyondManage compensation reviews within the matrix organization structure, and support/challenge managers to enable an equitable outcomeEnsure that staff competencies correspond to the business future needs.
