Job Description

You will play a crucial part in our company's capital market activities and investor relations efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of an Initial Public Offering (IPO), conducting due diligence work, coordinating with various professional parties, conducting research on listed comparable companies, and preparing pitch books.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration
  • CFA/ CPA is preferred
  • No less than 10 years of proven experience in capital markets, investor relations, or related roles, with a focus on IPO preparation and due diligence.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, Listing Rules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with pitch book creation and presentation techniques.
