Job Description

  • Process transformations. Evaluate and improve existing operational processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information and ensure requirements are fully understood.
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to address them
  • Introduce process improvements to optimize operational management.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize existing and future-state processes.
  • Create and assess business process models for new product launches and change projects.
  • Partner with operations managers to define and document new process needs.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to convert operational needs into system enhancements.
  • Support project teams to ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks.
  • Obtain approval from key operations leaders for proposed process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Over the Counter Derivatives products, and life cycle event, post trade controls.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale transformation projects, including re-platforming and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written Cantonese and Mandarin)
