About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Luxury Retail brand with great market reputation. They are now looking for a VM Manager in HK & Macau market to oversee the board range of projects from window display to campaign to events in different scales.

Job Description

  • Design and implement all Visual Merchandising related projects
  • Manage and monitor store display, store openings, event setup, pop-up stores
  • Able to story-tell the brand's story and message through top standard in-store display
  • Conduct analysis on design trends, production standards, retail innovation
  • Manage VM guidelines, plan and other visual tools
  • Manage visual merchandising budget and prepare monthly report
  • Deliver VM training to retail store team
  • Coordinate with vendors on props, seasonal installation, etc

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Design / Visual Merchandising / Related studies
  • At least 8 years in Visual Merchandising field with luxury retail experience
  • Creative, innovative and able to translate message through visual merchandising
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Autocat, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
