About Our Client

Our client is a newly established animal testing centre backed by a renowned organization with a focus in biotechnology.

Ensure strict ethical standards and compliance in the care and use of animals in the centre in accordance to AAALAC accreditation and GLP standards
Perform clinical diagnosis, treatment and surgery to animals
Provide training for staffs in the centre when handling animals and introduce the implementation of best possible practices
Keep track of reviews and documentations in relation with various global guidelines and protocols
Oversee animal supply and procurement for testing programmes and liaise with relevant parties
Perform any other duties as assigned

Registered or qualified veterinarian in Hong Kong under Veterinary Surgeons Registration Ordinance Cap. 529
Knowledge of AAALAC accreditation and guidelines and practices on animal welfare; and/or experience working in a GLP laboratory is highly valued
Independent, responsible, strong teamwork attitude
Experience in a supervisory position is an advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
