Job Description

  • Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for our mobile applications, including user interfaces, notifications, and help sections in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create content that enhances the user experience.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and style across all mobile app content.
  • Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Review and revise content based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal mobile app.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably with experience in mobile app content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and how content fits into the user journey.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
