Job Description

As a US Securities 3-6 PQE, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice in the area of US securities
  • Engaging with clients and managing relationships
  • Developing strategies for private equity and capital markets
  • Participating in key decision-making processes
  • Working closely with other legal professionals in the firm
  • Keeping abreast of changes in the legal landscape
  • Contributing to the company's reputation in the professional services industry
  • Maintaining a strong presence in Central District

The Successful Applicant

A successful US Securities 3-6 PQE should have:

  • US admitted
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience (US IPO and M&A) from an international firm
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Chinese language skills
