About Our Client

Our client is a UK based law firm and they are looking for a Regional Credit Controller to look after their Asia operations. Candidates with 3+ years of experience in credit control are welcomed to apply.

Job Description

  • Prepare WIP update to Matter Partner and push for timely billing
  • Support practice groups, finance head and matter partners to review outstanding debt and WIP. Create action plan to reduce debtor days and WIP lockup
  • Chase overdue invoices and work to achieve collection target for the different offices in the region
  • Advise partners on billing-related issues
  • Ensure client money is maintained in accordance to law society requirements
  • Support Month-end closing and annual audit
  • Prepare cash forecasts for collection

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in accounting / finance / relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of credit control experience in law firms / professional services firm
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
