Our client is one of the top Japanese bank that mainly provides corporate banking and wealth management services. The department is currently looking for a Treasury Operations Officer to support treasure operation, treasury marketing settlement. The successful candidate should have 1+ year of working experience in treasure operation or similar position.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established Japanese bank that provides corporate banking and investment services. They are currently looking for a Treasury Operations Officer to be responsible for supporting treasure market operation settlement, familiar with RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems will be a plus.

Job Description

Responsible for processing and verifying all clerical tasks related to treasury market transactions, along with other administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine operational tasks, such as preparing and verifying payments, confirming trade details with counterparties, and posting account entries.
  • Ensuring that all treasury market transactions comply with Head Office and regulatory requirements through thorough preparation and checks.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding treasury product settlements as needed.
  • Managing additional ad hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of finance or relevant discipline
  • Relevant of working experience in treasure market operation or relevant field
  • Good product knowledge in settlement, system in RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems
  • Strong understanding in financial concepts, able to analyse businesses
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
