About Our Client
- Our client is an internationally recognized luxury brand that specializes in Watch & Jewelery. As their team is growing in Asia, they are looking for an engaging individual to lead in training as Training Manager.
- Reporting to the Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will be to develop and deliver training programs to associates to ensure associates have the required skills for optimal performance. You will ensure brand standards and guidelines are communicated to associates through training. Coordinating with Store Managers or Retail Operations, discuss their current needs and tailor training programs to achieve positive business results. Your duties will include orientation, deliver products and selling training, engaging with frontline associates through role playing, coaching associate and maintaining or localize training materials depending on store locations.
The Successful Applicant
- The successful applicant will have at least 3 to 5 years experience in retail operations training or service industry, along with a degree in Business Administration or related fields. Proven track record of developing or planning training materials and programs is a must. Demonstrated ability to engage and work in a team environment is mandatory. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a hands-on personality is key. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is key. Good command of Microsoft Office is required.
