About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading companies in its field, having been in the industry for over 50 years. As an established market leader, they are currently recruiting for a Training & Development Manager to join their growing team.
As a Training & Development Manager, you will take a lead role in identifying, developing, and implementing all learning needs for your assigned business unit. While leading a team, you will be responsible for working closely as a Business Partner to Line Managers to roll our learning initiatives. You will be involved in designing new learning strategies in relation to Talent Management and Talent Development.
Partnering with key internal stakeholders, you will maintain relationships with the business, continuously assessing, designing, and improving the curriculum. This will be an all-rounded role with technical training and soft-skill training, looking to drive organizational capabilities and enhance competency levels to support business growth.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant discipline. You will have at least 8 years of HR experience in Training/Learning & Development/Organizational Design background, coming from a fast-moving industry and large organization is a plus. Leading a small team, you will have proven team management skills and have solid experience driving initiatives across a business. Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese is a necessity.
