About Our Client
Our client is a reputable and highly established Hong Kong group , with a large reach across the retail market with exciting expansion projects in the near future.
Reporting into the HR department, the role will be responsible for the design of all learning and development programmes, and the delivery of each programme to all employee groups within the company. Training will include product training, soft skills training, management training, and technical skills training. As part of the exciting transformation process, you will be initiate modern creative while best practice training guidelines. You will develop and design KPIs for the organisation and conduct on-going monitoring of learning effectiveness In addition, work with management team to create succession planning to ensure sustainability of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have strong learning, training and people development skills, with a minimum of 6 years work experience in the fast paced retail sector. Experience in mass retail or FMCG environment would be an advantage. The ability to work in fast environment, multi-task and think creatively is essential. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English combined with strong people engagement skills is a must.
