Job Description

  • Prepare and review contracts for commodity transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the payment process, coordinating with banks and financial institutions to facilitate timely and accurate payments.
  • Follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery, addressing any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding orders, shipments, and contract terms.
  • Support traders in their daily activities by providing market insights, data analysis, and administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of trading activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, shipments, and customer interactions in the company's database.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commodities trading, contract management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, payment processes, and shipping logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trade management software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
