We are seeking a Trade Support Stock Loan professional to join our team within investment banking division. They are currently looking for a Trade Support Analyst that based in Hong Kong and involves supporting stock loan operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in trade support.

Our client is a one of the reputable US investment banking group within the financial services industry, The company is currently looking for a Trade Support Analyst to be responsible for trade support and operation for stock loan/ securities lending products.

Job Description

  • Monitoring and reconciling stock loan transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing operational support to the stock loan trading team in the financial services sector.
  • Managing trade settlement processes and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Preparing and maintaining daily trade reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling queries and resolving issues related to stock loan operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and process optimization.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes in the department.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in trade support area
  • Good knowledge on different financial products (stock loan, securities lending)
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
